  3. We communicate well (...doing something useful with their hands...) Our great communication is demonstrated by the way we are intentional; return our emails in a timely manner; answer the phone; communicate clearly and concisely; follow up; return voice mails and missed calls promptly.

Our kindness is demonstrated by the way we donate more than 10% of our income; say "please"; say "thank you"; say "I'm sorry"; refrain from sarcasm; show courtesy; showing patience; refrain from cursing; refrain from being mean; refrain from being sharp; not being revengeful; by donating money.
